At Quinn Records TM, we take pride in providing quality music products and merchandise. To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity, please review our return policy below:

Eligible Items:
Returns are accepted for CDs, Cassette Tapes, Vinyl Records, Videos, and Boogie Gear merchandise purchased directly from Quinn Records TM.

Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be in good, resaleable condition—unopened, unused, and free of damage or wear. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Timeframe for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Restocking Fee:
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used CDs, Cassettes, Vinyl Records, or Videos
• Digital downloads or promotional items
• Apparel or accessories that have been worn or washed

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at orders@quinnrecords.net for return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or in error.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
