Kevin Wheeler of KL&R2 got together with Quinn Recording Artist Oliver Johnson to come up with this R&B cut titled, "Can You Get Away," written by Oliver Johnson, a soul cut for the group. Featuring Edward Vann a.k.a Hollywood on lead vocals. Can You Get Away? (CD)

1. Can You Get Away 6:16

High-pitched vocals, shredding lyrics, and a strangely optimistic melancholy are the meat and potatoes of Kevin Wheeler & KL&R2’s souring effort, heavy drumming by his sidekick son, Kevin Jr., lead guitar Keith Williams, the deep mellow licks from Lewis Greenhow bass guitar and Mike Bella rhythm guitar formulated a blues album capable of leaving blues lover’s shaking, in a time capsule of pleasure with their jaws on the floor, housewives quivering, and millennium-kids feeling hip for a second or two, I Got The Blues is as pure and emotional as it gets.

The Album is a mix of the best of KL&R2's songs. Original songs like, "Somebody Said," and "Par TAE! Get Your Groove On," written and sung by featured artist, Rob Howze easily added that smooth, R&B/Hip Hop flavor to the album. The album closes with an original song written by Oliver Johnson and Kevin Wheeler titled, Can You Get Away clinched the album with the powerful vocals of their lead singer, Hollywood' need you say more!
