Registered stations and programmers get our new releases and catalog in broadcast-quality files, plus physical CD, cassette and vinyl service copies on request, so you can put the music on the air the day it ships.

How Radio Downloads Work
- Register your station and create your Trade Desk login
- Open the Radio Airplay Library and enter your radio code, RADIOFREE, as the page password
- While logged in, download any track free. There is no cart and no checkout.
- Request CD, cassette or vinyl service copies, shipped free to reporting stations
- Sign Up. Complete the Radio registration below. Your welcome email arrives right away with your radio download code and login link.
- Register & Login. Create your Trade Desk member login with the same email address you used to sign up.
- Download for Airplay. Open the Radio Airplay Library, enter your radio code as the page password, and download tracks free while logged in. Browse the Digital Store and Physical Store to see the full catalog.
- Report Your Spins. Send playlists and spin reports so we can thank you on air, on QRTM Radio and in our Boogie City Music newsletter.
Wholesale for Record Stores
Stock authentic St. Louis blues, gospel, jazz and soul on CD, cassette and vinyl, bought direct from the label. Approved retail accounts buy at trade discounts off our published list price on all physical products, with in-store support for the titles you carry.

Distributors & One-Stops
We welcome regional, national and international distributors, one-stops and rack jobbers who specialize in blues, gospel, jazz, soul and roots music. Distribution partners receive a full catalog file (artist, title, format, catalog number, UPC and list price), new-release solicitations ahead of street date, and marketing assets for their retail accounts.

Distributors may take stock under our 90-Day Consignment Agreement while a title is being introduced.
90-Day Consignment Program
Want to try a title before you buy it outright? Approved independent stores, chain stores and distributors can take physical product on consignment for a 90-day term. You pay only for the units you sell. Unsold stock comes back to the label or can be converted to a regular wholesale purchase.

Trade FAQ
Where do I enter my discount or radio code?
Retail: add physical products to your cart in the Label Store, then type QRTM45 or QRTM55 in the discount-code box at checkout. Radio: your radio code is the password for the Radio Airplay Library page, so there is nothing to enter at checkout. Downloads are free once you are logged in.
Can I combine trade codes or use them on digital downloads?
No. You can use one code per order. Wholesale codes are for physical products only, and the radio code is for broadcast use only. Orders that misuse a code may be cancelled or re-invoiced at list price.
Do you service radio through AirPlay Direct?
Our Trade Desk is our primary radio service. Stations that also use industry delivery platforms such as AirPlay Direct can email us to ask about availability on those services.
What does wholesale shipping cost?
Wholesale orders ship FOB St. Louis, MO, and freight is billed at actual cost. Consumer free-shipping offers do not apply to trade orders.
How do I get a Return Authorization?
Email store@quinnrecords.net with your invoice number, the titles and the defect. We'll issue an RA number and return instructions.
