Returns Policy
At Quinn Records TM we take pride in every product we ship. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read the guidelines below before initiating a return.
Eligible Products
- CDs
- Cassette Tapes
- Vinyl Records
- DVDs / Videos
- Boogie Gear™ merchandise (apparel, accessories, branded items)
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all inserts intact. Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original materials will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
|
A 5% restocking fee is deducted from all approved return credits to cover handling and restocking costs. This fee cannot be waived. |
- Digital downloads and digital music files (all sales final)
- Opened / unsealed physical media
- Custom or special-order items
- Items purchased during a final-sale or clearance event
Step 1 — Email store@quinnrecords.net within the 30-day window with the following details:
- Your full name and shipping address
- Order number and purchase date
- Item name and catalog number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims)
Step 2 — Wait for your RMA confirmation email (1–2 business days).
Step 3 — Pack the item securely using the original materials when possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4 — Ship to: Quinn Records TM Returns, P.O. Box 775263, St. Louis, MO 63177-5263, USA (buyer pays return shipping unless item was defective or we shipped in error).
Step 5 — Email store@quinnrecords.net with your tracking number after shipping.
Processing Time
Returns are inspected and processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Store credit is issued upon approval.
Refund Policy
Quinn Records TM does not offer cash refunds on most purchases. Our standard resolution for eligible returns is store credit or product exchange. This policy applies to all physical products sold through quinnrecords.net.

Shipping Charges
All digital sales — including MP3 downloads, single tracks, and digital albums — are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital purchases once a download link has been issued.
If your order arrived damaged, contact store@quinnrecords.net within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit for the full item value.

Store Credit Policy
Store credit is the primary resolution for approved returns at Quinn Records TM. It can be applied toward any future purchase in our online store.
Once your returned item passes inspection, store credit equal to the item's purchase price — minus the 5% restocking fee — is recorded manually against your order account by our team.
Because our store runs a manual checkout process, store credit is applied as follows:
- Add your desired items to the tote bag / cart on quinnrecords.net
- At checkout, note in the order comments that you have store credit to apply
- Email store@quinnrecords.net with your desired order and your original return order number
- We will send a revised invoice with the credit deducted before you complete payment

Proof of Purchase
Your original order confirmation email from quinnrecords.net or Bandzoogle serves as proof of purchase. If you have misplaced it, email store@quinnrecords.net with your name, email address used at checkout, and approximate purchase date, and we will locate your order record.

Shipping Time frames
All orders ship from our fulfillment location in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Processing time begins on the first business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

- Media Mail is available for domestic orders containing physical music media only
- Combined / bundled orders may qualify for reduced shipping — contact store@quinnrecords.net before placing a large order
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Track your shipment directly on the USPS website at usps.com. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, contact store@quinnrecords.net.
Quinn Records TM is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holds beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), email store@quinnrecords.net to file a trace inquiry with the carrier.
Billing Export Help
This page helps customers and business partners who need to export, verify, or reconcile billing records from their Quinn Records TM orders.
Your original order confirmation email contains a complete receipt. To request a formal invoice for accounting or reimbursement purposes:
- Email store@quinnrecords.net with subject line: "Invoice Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Include your full name, business name (if applicable), and billing address
- Invoices are prepared manually and returned via email within 2–3 business days
To receive a summary of all your purchases:
- Email store@quinnrecords.net with subject: "Transaction History Request"
- Include your full name, email used at purchase, and the date range you need
- We will compile and return your records in PDF format within 3–5 business days
CSV / Data Export for Business Accounts
Wholesale buyers, distributors, and music publishers who need order data in spreadsheet format for reconciliation:
- Email store@quinnrecords.net with subject: "Data Export Request — [Business Name]"
- Specify the date range, format needed (CSV or Excel), and fields required (order number, date, items, quantities, amounts)
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
